Hope this helps and is not too confusing. I have had a look in my vst3 folder and I have 11 vst3 waves shells so I'm not sure which is the one containing the omi plugin, but I just loaded it here to make sure it was ok and omi channel worked fine.

If your vst3 waves shell/s, are not in the vst3 folder, I'm not sure what's gone wrong. Usually you buy a plugin, you get an email with the installer, download it, install it, and then open it in FL Studio and enter the serial number and it activates, thats the way IT SHOULD BE, but Waves is on some other shit, I had to download this 'Waves Central' Crap and I hit install and activate for my plugins and no I have no f&king clue where to scan and how the hell to get my plugins. Ad is archive find similar ads in Software in Nairobi Central. If it still doesnt show up, open Mixcraft preferences/plug-ins and select 'scan for plug-ins'. Upon loading the daw, it will scan for plug-ins while loading.
I mention the vst3 version because all vst3 plugins should be installed in that one place (there are ways to install elsewhere using dynamic links ect but let's not get into that ). Install and update waves central With your DAW closed/not loaded- Run waves central, locate, install the waves titles you have purchased. In Mixcrafts mixer, you should be able to click on the "+fx" button and scroll down the list to where omi channel is listed, it can then be clicked on to add to your selected channel. That's the Waves shell or shells containing scheps omni channel in vst3 version and if that's there. If the installer has been run and plugin/s have been activated, check in, C, Programmes, Common Files, VST3, and look for any "WavesShell-vst file/s. If not have a look at waves site where there will be instructions, there some info here Its a bit of a chore depending on how many plugins you have. fst states to the plugin database for each plugin (which is what Ive done). If you want seperate VST 2.4 versions youll have to do it manually by saving.
If you use any of the above you will be aware that the instrument data is installed in a default location and you cannot install it to a separate hard drive. Re: WAVES Central installation, shell2vst possible Bear in mind, FL only splits up the VST3 s individually using the fast scan.
